favorite natural southern sweets.

With our Health Station on wheels, we embrace Harlem’s rich past,

where jazz musicians created smooth melodies showcasing our rhythm for life,

artists with colorful and vibrant souls painted the canvas of our history,

poets made eloquent rhymes out of our dreams and captivating stories,

restaurants served soulful flavors with mouth-watering treats, and the Harlem streets

pulsated with profound activists echoing justice and equality for us all.

This was and is Harlem’s seeded story.

We embrace our roots and thank those for the past as we look to preserve the essence of

Harlem and revive the Renaissance with a promise of a healthier tomorrow for the seeds to follow.
